Senior FP&A Manager to own Handshake’s corporate finance function, partnering cross functionally to maintain a financial plan across Handshake’s entire business. This role will build and maintain operating models, own long-range planning, manage the three-statement model, drive investor and board reporting, and lead financial reviews.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain a concise operating model with key metrics at a glance for all areas of the business
  2. Own long-range planning while managing key business stakeholders towards financial targets
  3. Maintain Handshake’s three-statement model to improve capital planning and long-term scenario accuracy
  4. Drive investor and board reporting
  5. Partner with G&A teams to drive company-wide planning assumptions

What the JD emphasized

  • 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience
  • Advanced 3-statement and subscription modeling expertise
  • Strong Excel modeling skills including financial statement and scenario analysis
  • Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs, GAAP fundamentals, and P&L structure
  • Experience owning a full forecast cycle — from building the model to presenting to stakeholders
  • Track record of improving forecast accuracy and building repeatable financial processes
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and financial leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a high-growth environment
