Senior Frontend Engineer

UiPath UiPath · Enterprise · Bellevue, WA · Engineering

Senior Frontend Engineer at UiPath, focused on shipping delightful product experiences end-to-end. The role emphasizes using modern AI tools as a daily force multiplier for design, implementation, testing, and debugging, aiming for AI-native development rather than just AI-assisted. The engineer will own features from customer conversation to production deploy, obsess over UI/UX details, build APIs and services when needed, and have direct customer contact. Requires 7+ years of experience shipping production web applications, mastery of modern frontend technologies, comfort with backend development, design instinct, and a daily practice with AI coding tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own features end-to-end — from the customer conversation, to the wireframe on the whiteboard, to the production deploy. No designer, no product spec? You unblock yourself and ship.
  2. Obsess over motion, hierarchy, typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions. Build interfaces that feel fast, considered, and modern — the kind people screenshot.
  3. Move beyond "AI-assisted" to "AI-native." Use Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Figma-to-code, and agentic tools as a daily force multiplier across design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
  4. Build the APIs, data contracts, and services behind your UI when you need them. You aren't blocked waiting for backend — you spin it up yourself.
  5. Sit in on customer calls, usability sessions, and design-partner conversations. Translate those observations into what you ship next week, not next quarter.
