Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production
  • shipping multiple products from ideation to live operation on various platforms
  • Strong understanding of game development - Design, Programming, Art, Audio, Localization, QA, Release Management
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, utilize analytical skills for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Expertise in managing project budgets - forecasting, tracking, reporting
  • Can make cost-effective decisions while maintaining high bar for game quality
  • Up-to-date on industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape
  • Passionate about gaming across various genres/platforms, with a focus on party, puzzle, tabletop, card games
  • Highly-adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Open to receiving and giving feedback
