Senior General Sales Manager for DePuy Synthes Joints and Velys in North + East India. Responsible for managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving business plans, managing customer relationships, and understanding market trends for capital equipment and consumables in the healthcare sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver the assigned Business plan for the Region – Achieve Monthly / Qtrl’y / Annual Business Plan.
  2. Understand customers’ needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand the market and realize market potential
  3. Lead senior-level negotiations optimizing contractual opportunities which cement long-term supply arrangements
  4. Analyze sales reports to proactively seek opportunities and at-risk, re-prioritize resources to maximize sales opportunities
  5. In-depth understanding of current and future customers’ needs and translate them into sales opportunities
