Boeing is seeking a Senior Global Engagement Pilot in Atlanta, GA, to enhance flight operations safety and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing stakeholder relationships, managing projects, conducting flight and ground instruction, and operating aircraft as Pilot in Command. Requires a current ATP/ATPL, First Class Medical, 5000 total flight hours, and 1000 flight instructor hours.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners and direct reports
  2. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  3. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  4. Performs and manages activities to develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction for company and customer aircrew
  5. Operates Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot in Command and Instructor

Skills

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Federal Aviation Association (FAA) ATP or European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) ATPL or other international equivalent
  • Federal Aviation Association (FAA) or European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) First Class Medical certificate or international equivalent
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraft
  • Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience presenting to all levels of management
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Current B737, B787 or B777 type rating
  • Experience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman, or International equivalent
  • Possession of a passport or the ability to obtain one and travel both domestically and international
  • International and transoceanic flight experience
