Verkada is seeking a Senior Global Growth Manager to lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for their AI-powered physical security platform, focusing on Fortune 500 companies. This role involves building and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs, designing scalable campaign infrastructure, owning audience and data strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including data science.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies. You will get a large set of accounts that are of strategic importance to Verkada's growth. You will be in charge of the budget and the entire strategy to help our sales team win these logos.
  2. Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
  3. Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
  4. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
  5. Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
