The role is for a Senior Global Supply Manager focused on sourcing critical compute components like CPUs and GPUs for an AI hyperscaler cloud. It involves end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and execution plans, balancing cost, capacity, performance, and risk. The role requires analytical and operational expertise in a complex semiconductor and supply chain environment, collaborating with engineering, hardware operations, and finance.

What you'd actually do

  1. own the end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and execution plans for CoreWeave’s most critical compute components
  2. manage global supply for CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators — balancing cost, capacity, performance, and risk across a complex ecosystem of OEMs and technology partners
  3. collaborate closely with Engineering, Hardware Operations, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and scalability as CoreWeave expands its global footprint
  4. lead end-to-end procurement initiatives including RFI/RFQ, negotiation, and supplier performance management
  5. manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
