Senior Government Services Business Integrator/chief of Staff

This role supports the VP of Growth in Government Services, focusing on operational excellence, strategy execution, communication, and integration across programs and functions. It involves process improvements, data analysis, stakeholder management, and leading special projects to achieve business goals within a lean and customer-centric framework.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support in the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for the Growth team in Government Services
  2. Collaborates with Program Management team on strategic discussions, data analysis, and support of meeting the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
  3. Facilitates communication and collaborative efforts between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners and customers to meet joint objectives
  4. Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements
  5. Supports Leader in internal and external meetings to ensure that meetings are running efficiently and to ensure that meeting actions are tracked through to completion

Skills

Required

  • Experience being flexible with working with geographical distributed team
  • Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
  • 5+ years’ experience leading team in a formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • 5+ years’ experience working in ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
  • Experience, and at least considered an intermediate user, with office tools such Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years’ experience leading and supporting the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
  • Experience developing and / or reporting metrics & KPI’s
  • Experience with digital transformation – embracing and promoting a technology focused, digital environment that enables efficient metrics-driven operating model
  • Ability to manage complex topics
