Verkada is seeking a Senior Growth Manager for the JAPAC region to lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for their AI-powered platform. This role involves building scalable demand generation programs, experimenting with new outbound channels including an AI-SDR program, and designing systems for campaign execution. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in B2B marketing, and collaboration with sales and data science teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the outbound pipeline engine for JAPAC. You identify what's working, double down on it, and scale it relentlessly. You'll develop and execute outreach strategies across the region, working closely with sales leadership to ensure every program is tied directly to revenue impact. This isn't a test-and-forget role; you'll be expected to turn winning plays into repeatable, scalable systems.
  2. This is where you'll leave your mark. You won't wait to be handed a playbook - you'll write it. That means expanding our AI-SDR program, scaling existing signal mining workflows, and stress-testing new outbound channels before anyone else does. You'll move fast, kill what doesn't work, and institutionalize what does. If you're not excited by the idea of building something that didn't exist six months ago, this isn't the role for you.
  3. Design and own the systems that make great campaigns run without breaking. You'll build repeatable, automated frameworks that let the team execute at scale. All the while never sacrificing precision.
  4. Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
  5. You plan it, you build it, you ship it, you improve it. Manage campaigns across their full lifecycle, from initial brief through to performance analysis, with a bias for action and an eye for detail that catches problems before they cost us. You don’t just report metrics, you act on them.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance

Nice to have

  • high growth startup experience highly preferred
  • knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets or Excel preferred
