  3. Take 1–2 existing channels off our current Growth Marketer’s plate, contributing to Google and Reddit alongside your paid social focus
  4. Respond to same-day campaign needs—when delivery ops surfaces a ramp requirement, campaigns are live within hours
  5. Translate project ramp plans and bill rates into channel spend forecasts, owning cost-per-activation accountability for each engagement

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels
  • Hands-on LinkedIn and/or Meta experience—campaign builds, creative testing, audience strategy, and bid optimization
  • $1M+ in annual ad spend managed across paid social and other paid channels
  • Experience launching a paid channel from scratch—business case, test structure, and scale
  • Ability to build channel-mix budget models from a ramp plan and CAC target
  • Creative self-sufficiency: you write copy and iterate on ads without waiting on a designer
  • Comfort with spiky, project-based demand and making fast decisions with incomplete data

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or other emerging paid social platforms
  • Familiarity with AI training, data labeling, or model evaluation
  • International campaign experience across multiple markets or languages
