Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Mobile & Conversions

Replit is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and conversion for their mobile app and website. This role will focus on App Store Optimization (ASO) and website conversion rate optimization (CRO), requiring a data-driven approach and experience in building conversion programs from scratch. The manager will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other teams, and will be responsible for building testing infrastructure and analyzing performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead ASO strategy to increase visibility, discoverability, and conversion in the App Store and Google Play
  2. Own conversion optimization across Replit.com, including landing pages, product pages, and signup flows
  3. Partner with Product and Engineering to implement testing frameworks and tools for both mobile and web
  4. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure mobile and web conversion performance
