Senior Growth Operator, Partner

Ramp Ramp · Fintech · New York, NY · Marketing

This role focuses on building and shipping AI agents for partner workflows in a fintech company. The Senior Growth Operator will leverage AI products to drive growth at scale, design and deploy PLG experiments, and build internal and external tools. Key responsibilities include developing autonomous agents with skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops, and ensuring they run reliably in production.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deploy Product-Led Growth to the Partner Channel: Design and ship PLG experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads from banners to in-product referral triggers
  2. Build Partner-Facing Product Experiences: Own the end-to-end deployment and iteration of partner experiences including incentives, landing pages, demos, badging, MDF, partner resources, and gamification mechanics that drive referral behavior from partners
  3. Partner Sell-Through Experiences: Own the full suite of experiences that improve partners' ability to sell Ramp from discovery to referral. If partners can sell better, they refer more.
  4. Partner Assets: Ship products that enable partners to access marketing assets, product information, and co-branded materials
  5. Partner Platform Growth Experiments: Design and ship new growth experiments to increase referral volume and deepen partner engagement. Owning the technical scaffolding that enables the partner team to move faster
  6. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with sales, data, finance, and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship partner growth features; serve as the product owner for the partner growth surface area
  7. Build Growth Acceleration Tooling: Build partner-facing tools that make partner sellers more effective and internal-facing tooling to scale marketing campaigns faster and at scale including incentive management, gifting, and event workflows
  8. Build AI Agents from Scratch: Build autonomous agents that run partner workflows end-to-end. Break down workflows into the pieces agents actually need — skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops — and get the decomposition right so they run reliably in production, handle edge cases, and improve over time

Skills

Required

  • Technical foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company
  • PM brain, engineer hands: You can mock up an MVP and then go build it yourself, scoping what matters, why, and shipping it without waiting for someone else to spec it
  • Production AI experience: You've built and shipped agents in production, not theoretical systems, but real ones that ran autonomously, handled edge cases, and got better over time
  • Builder mentality: Demonstrated ability to spec, build, and ship product experiences, not just manage them; comfortable writing code, reviewing PRs, and working in a codebase alongside eng and product teams
  • Deep AI fluency: Hands-on experience with modern AI coding harnesses (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex); you've prototyped, shipped, and iterated on AI tools, agents, and workflows, not just managed roadmaps about them
  • Operational empathy: You can partner with sales, finance, risk, and other business teams to deeply understand their challenges and deliver rapid AI-powered solutions
  • High ownership: You communicate clearly, own your work completely, and don't wait to be told what to build next — comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
