Senior Gsi (bdm) Account Executive

This role is for a Senior GSI (BDM) Account Executive responsible for managing and driving growth with Global Systems Integrators in EMEA. The candidate will focus on service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations to accelerate customer adoption of Rubrik's Security and AI Operations platform, which includes securing data and accelerating enterprise AI transformation through AI agent deployments and guardrails.

What you'd actually do

  1. managing and driving unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators in EMEA
  2. managing EMEA GSI partnerships, including; service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations
  3. lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment
  4. Lead from the front as the main conduit for new logo, pipeline generation, business development for the Rubrik field and GSI partners
  5. Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPI’s), and business plan for EMEA
