ClickUp is seeking a Senior GTM Data Analyst to join our high-impact Growth Analytics team. As a senior member, you’ll drive strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights, building advanced dashboards, and partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, and Data teams to accelerate ClickUp’s growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our data culture, mentoring junior analysts, and influencing company-wide initiatives.
The Role:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated dashboards and data solutions using SQL, Tableau, and our modern data stack (Snowflake, DBT, Amplitude).
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
Execute analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping requirements to delivery and impact measurement.
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.
Champion data quality, governance, and best practices across the Growth organization.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to define and track KPIs that drive business outcomes.
Lead deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnel performance, and revenue trends to inform GTM strategy.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving business impact in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Advanced expertise in SQL and BI tools (Tableau required).
Experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Amplitude) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and non-technical audiences.
Strong business acumen and a passion for solving complex problems.
