This role is for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager at Braze, a company that offers a customer engagement platform. The primary focus is to provide go-to-market teams with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to be successful, particularly in understanding and selling complex AI/product narratives. The role involves partnering with regional sales leadership, designing and delivering skills curricula, localizing global programs, and reporting on adoption and performance metrics. While the company works with AI products, this specific role is in GTM enablement, not in building or researching AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Regional Sales leadership to identify priorities, diagnose business needs, and build enablement programs with deep shared ownership, ensuring adoption at a grassroots level.
  2. Design and maintain a programmatic, recurring skills curriculum across core sales excellence themes including value-based selling, objection handling, competitive differentiation, negotiation, and outreach ensuring consistent upskilling cadence across APAC teams.
  3. Localise and reinforce global competitive intelligence and differentiation frameworks, partnering with regional sales leaders to identify emerging threats and equip teams with market-ready defensive playbooks and narratives.
  4. Establish a consistent operating rhythm with Sales leaders, providing regular updates, surfacing needs, and reinforcing accountability for program adoption.
  5. Drive regional execution of enablement programs, ensuring rollout is timely, tracked, and supported through clear communication.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years combined experience in Sales, Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Productivity, Operations roles.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, tools, skills, and behaviours, with experience driving value-based selling approaches.
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence when presenting in front of large groups
  • Business fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with formal methodologies such as Force Management’s Command of the Message is a plus.
  • Comfort with technical product concepts and the ability to translate complex AI/product narratives into sales-ready messaging and training.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and related systems and processes - Seismic LMS/CMS experience is a bonus
  • Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications, including messages and presentations
  • Additional languages, especially Korean, are an advantage
