This role is for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager focused on creating and executing regional enablement programs for the AMER Sales organization. The primary goal is to improve seller productivity, consistency, and execution quality by building and delivering programs on sales frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC. The role involves partnering with sales leadership, adapting global programs to regional needs, and measuring program effectiveness through sales data.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, sales operations, or a closely related field
  • Command of the Message expertise
  • MEDDPICC expertise
  • Experience building and delivering sales enablement programs
  • Ability to adapt programs to regional and segment needs
  • Experience measuring program effectiveness using sales data

Nice to have

  • Experience in an open-source company
