Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager for AMER to create and execute regional sales enablement programs. This role focuses on improving seller productivity, consistency, and execution quality by partnering with sales leadership to identify needs and translate them into practical programs. Expertise in sales frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is required. The role involves building, adapting, and delivering field-centric programs, reinforcing adoption through managers and onboarding, and measuring program effectiveness.
