Senior GTM Manager for Adobe's marketplace, focusing on global strategy for partner acquisition, retention, expansion, and revenue. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement the global plan for marketplace-focused growth, promoting partner adoption and revenue increase at scale.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities across partner acquisition, expansion, upsell, and retention.
  3. Review leading partner end-to-end journeys on the marketplace and work with platform groups and partners to outline and finalize effective customer journeys throughout all sales processes.
  4. Act as the voice of partners and sales, ensuring marketplace capabilities support partner success.
  5. Build robust strategic connections with internal partners across sales, product, engineering, operations, platform, GTM groups, and executive leadership to drive ecosystem growth and evolve marketplace capabilities.
