This role is for a Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager at Salesforce, focusing on Slack. The primary responsibility is to drive go-to-market strategy, own sales enablement for product launches, and build programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth. The role requires the candidate to use AI tools in their day-to-day work and build AI-powered workflows and agents to scale content and programs for sellers. While AI is used extensively in the role and the company's products, the core function is product marketing and GTM strategy, not direct AI/ML model development.

Skills

Required

  • GTM Excellence: 7+ years in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Sales Enablement, or Solution Engineering in enterprise B2B SaaS. Experience creating sales plays, product launch programs, and seller-facing enablement content with measurable pipeline impact.
  • PMM Expertise: Experienced across PMM and able to own messaging, positioning, launch strategy, competitive intel, and sales enablement end-to-end.
  • AI Fluency: Uses AI tools in day-to-day work and goes beyond personal productivity, building workflows and agents that scale content and programs across the team. Has experience building AI tooling for sellers.
  • Sales Partnership: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with sales leaders and translate seller feedback into GTM programs.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Distills complex ideas into clear, compelling, and actionable content.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Ability to translate market trends, competitive signals, and sales insights into GTM priorities. Comfortable making judgment calls and moving forward in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at aligning product, sales, and marketing teams around shared priorities.
