Abridge is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for G&A and GTM functions, partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and build high-performing teams. The role requires a full-stack recruiter with strong sourcing skills, data-driven decision-making, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition in a high-growth environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead full-cycle recruiting across G&A and GTM functions, managing searches of varying complexity and seniority
  2. Partner with hiring managers and executives to define competencies, structure interview plans, and drive high-quality evaluation
  3. Manage multiple searches while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar
  4. Proactively source and engage exceptional talent using creative outbound strategies beyond inbound and LinkedIn
  5. Own the end-to-end candidate experience - ensuring a process that is thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive

Skills

  • 5-7+ years of experience recruiting for G&A and/or GTM teams
