Senior GTM recruiter for an enterprise generative AI company, focused on scaling the go-to-market engine by hiring top-tier sales, solutions engineering, and customer success talent in the UK and EMEA.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions
  2. Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies
  3. Source and engage high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools
  4. Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
  5. Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI environment with at least 3 years focused specifically on go-to-market and sales roles
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-performing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders in competitive markets
  • Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape including compensation fundamentals and complex offer negotiation strategies
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey our mission and value proposition to highly sought-after candidates
  • High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously and pivot quickly in a rapidly scaling startup environment
  • Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline management
  • Natural ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders, challenge the status quo to improve our hiring practices, and own your results from pipeline generation to successful hires
