This role is a Senior Go to Market (GTM) Specialist for Amazon Annapurna Labs ML team, focusing on driving growth for AWS AI Chips (Trainium and Inferentia) by identifying and onboarding influential partners, ISVs, and customers. The role requires understanding business needs, measuring adoption, and guiding investment decisions, working closely with internal AWS teams and external partners. It emphasizes technical depth in AI/ML, understanding of GenAI market trends, and experience working with academia and open-source communities.

What you'd actually do

  1. driving growth with Trainium and Neuron partners, ISVs and customers
  2. develop strategies to on board them to AWS AI Chips
  3. understanding business needs, identifying relevant partners or ISVs, and measuring adoption and growth potential to guide investment decisions
  4. work closely with other GTM specialists in our team, and across AWS to promote, attract and drive Trainium and Inferentia user adoption
  5. articulate the benefits of our deep learning and GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists, and academics at all levels of the stack

Skills

Required

  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • 9+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
  • Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing
  • Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or a CPA and experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience interfacing with GenAI/ML and partners, with deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition
