This role is for a Senior GTM Strategy Manager focused on Attentive's Revenue organization, specifically Customer Success and post-sales teams. The manager will set strategic direction, leverage data and AI to create scalable systems, and drive revenue retention. Key responsibilities include translating leadership goals into roadmaps, owning execution of strategic programs, reporting on program effectiveness, and leveraging AI to improve post-sales efficiency. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a preference for B2B SaaS experience and an AI-native mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate leadership goals into clear short-term and long-term roadmaps with defined owners, timelines, and outcomes—ensuring cross-functional programs move from concept to measurable impact.
  2. Own execution of strategic programs supporting our post-sales teams, primarily Customer Success, and drive forward the projects and initiatives needed to ensure success of those programs.
  3. Regularly report on the effectiveness of these strategic programs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  4. Leverage AI to drive efficiency throughout the post-sales organization and champion AI opportunities across the organization.
  5. Anticipate and address problems and opportunities proactively.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in business operations, consulting, or program/project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous projects and self-defining objectives and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull together your own data to generate insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, building relationships and ensuring cohesive strategies towards common business goals.
  • AI-native and eager to deepen expertise in AI tools and apply them to your work.
  • Sense of ownership and urgency with objectives & priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions – especially across Customer Success, Services, and Support.
