Senior Hardware Program Manager for Microsoft's Cloud Hardware and Infrastructure Engineering team, responsible for end-to-end product development of infrastructure hardware and multi-source programs at scale. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products for the Azure platform, focusing on schedule, budget, and quality targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end hardware programs from requirements through launch, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features, processes, and workflows for Azure hardware and SKU enablement.
  3. Align stakeholders and manage execution through key milestones.
  4. Provide clear program updates and insights to leadership.
  5. Track product and program performance using key metrics and KPIs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading programs in cloud hardware infrastructure product development.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of end-to-end hardware product development experience, including 3+ years in cloud server or infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record of successful program management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience with facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
