This role is for a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager at Cerebras, a company that builds large AI chips. What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end program schedule for engineering improvements. Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including schedules, material plans, and validation plans.
  2. Work with key stakeholders in product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, and executive teams to define program strategy and requirements.
  3. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring program deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  4. Act as the single-threaded owner across product, engineering, supply chain, and software to manage both detailed and high-level product planning.
  5. Develop and implement new processes that improve team efficiency as the business scales.
