Senior Hardware Validation Engineer responsible for end-to-end electrical validation of PCBA, module, and system level, from design to field issue resolution. Focus on reliability and safety.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the hands-on technical lead for PCBA design validation as well as module and system level validation.
  2. Drive sustaining engineering efforts, including root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for issues found in the field.
  3. Develop hardware validation strategies and test plans, execute electrical system-level validation to find and fix design issues and ensure design meets requirements for overall product quality.
  4. Collaborate with and influence key cross-functional partners, including Hardware Systems, Safety, Test organizations, and Electrical Engineering (EE).
  5. Address and improve communication challenges within the team to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
