Senior Healthcare Analytics Manager at Chewy responsible for leading analytics for business lines like Veterinary Diet, Science Diet, and Health & Wellness. This role involves partnering with Category Management to define an analytics roadmap, leveraging various data sources to deliver self-service analytics tools and deep-dive analyses that impact customer experience and financial P&L. The ideal candidate is technically skilled in data analysis, building analytics tools, and conducting in-depth analysis, while also being an independent operator and effective collaborator.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead insight generation by delivering analyses that use data to tell a story and offer recommendations to improve business performance.
  2. Define and develop new KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure success and monitor progress against strategic business goals.
  3. Build user-friendly reporting and dashboards for both internal and external customers.
  4. Assess the data needs of the business and partner with technical teams to deliver proof of concepts and conduct QA/UAT on new data sources.
  5. Create and continuously improve documentation and training materials.
