Seeking a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of document imaging solutions within healthcare organizations. This role involves client advisory, solution deployment, workflow optimization, user adoption, and operational excellence, requiring technical expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and project leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration with existing workflows and EHR systems.
  2. Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering skills development and sharing industry best practices.
  3. Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes; drive and champion process improvements to elevate efficiency, compliance, and user experience throughout the document lifecycle.
  4. Oversee and actively participate in the development and delivery of training programs for both end-users and internal staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution adoption.
  5. Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve high-impact issues.
