What you'd actually do

  1. Drive strategic HR initiatives by partnering with business units to optimize performance management and career planning.
  2. Leverage employee feedback (via data and anecdotes) and implement actionable solutions to enhance employee engagement.
  3. Empower leaders, including executives, to develop and execute organizational strategies, fostering an effective and confident leadership team.
  4. Collaborate closely with leadership to assess and positively impact organizational health, influencing people and culture throughout the entire employee life cycle.
