Senior HR Compliance Partner responsible for consulting on HR compliance for specific countries, providing guidance on day-to-day HR compliance questions, maintaining intranet pages, and ensuring adherence to local employment laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide day-to-day guidance on HR Compliance requests.
  2. Support the roll out of HR compliant processes, programs and projects to enable business deliverables, in partnership with Talent Strategy Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
  3. Partner with the relevant teams to support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and government surveys as required.
  4. Stay current with and keep our teams informed of changes in employment laws and regulations.
  5. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and mitigate risks.
