Senior HR Generalist providing HR support for Asia-based employees, focusing on employee lifecycle activities, immigration coordination, and people programs. This role acts as the primary local HR presence, ensuring effective delivery of HR services under the direction of the HR Manager.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities for Asia‑based employees, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and employment status changes.
  2. Provide visible, accessible HR support to employees and managers, including regular in‑person and virtual engagement.
  3. Support managers with HR process guidance (e.g. performance processes, documentation requirements), escalating decisions, outcomes, and sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
  4. Support delivery of Nintex’s onboarding and induction programs across Asia, ensuring a consistent and locally compliant employee experience.
  5. Act as the primary on‑the‑ground coordinator for immigration and work authorization matters, including visas, permits, renewals, and extensions.
