Senior HR Generalist Manager to partner with business leaders and the One HR ecosystem to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that balance business priorities, employee experience, and statutory requirements. This role will navigate labor relations, governance, and organizational change, while simplifying processes and contributing to ongoing HR transformation across the Americas. The role requires leveraging data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions, improve processes, and communicate effectively.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the business and HR teams to support growth and transformation, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Manage labor relations and statutory matters, applying sound judgment and assessing risks in complex situations.
  3. Lead or contribute to HR projects across the Americas, ensuring clear ownership, strong execution, and scalable outcomes.
  4. Translate people priorities into business outcomes and future workforce needs.
  5. Build trust and influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 7+ years experience with HR or related experience
  • Fluency in both Portugese and English
  • 4+ years knowledge of HR practices, employment law, governance, and compliance

Nice to have

  • 4+ years experience leading change and projects, simplifying processes, and delivering scalable solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
