This role supports Europe & Americas payroll operations by managing payroll inputs, reconciling data across systems (ADP, SAP, Employee Central), and coordinating with stakeholders. It also involves process governance, controls, and identifying opportunities for automation using low-code/no-code tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and govern payroll-related inputs across Europe & Americas regions, ensuring timely and accurate submission before payroll cut-off.
  2. Perform end-to-end reconciliation of payroll-impacting data across Employee Central, SAP, ADP, and related payroll systems.
  3. Act as a key liaison between Employee Data, One Payroll, payroll providers, and other People Operations stakeholders.
  4. Maintain strong governance over manual payroll inputs and ensure they are used only where necessary and properly approved.
  5. Work across Employee Central (EC), SAP, ADP, and related systems to process, validate, and troubleshoot payroll-impacting changes.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in payroll operations, employee data, or a related HR shared services environment.
  • Strong experience in managing payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliation activities.
  • Good understanding of payroll operations across Europe and Americas or multi-country environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functional and regional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SAP, ADP, and Employee Central (EC).
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations, payroll cut-off governance, and replication/reconciliation concepts.
  • Experience in global payroll centralization or payroll transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms for workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Exposure to compliance, audit controls, and operational governance in payroll or employee data environments.
