This role focuses on managing the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, ensuring accurate data validation and timely payroll input submission across various systems and geographies. It involves stakeholder coordination, root cause analysis for discrepancies, and maintaining audit readiness. An added advantage is identifying opportunities for automation using low-code/no-code tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. manage end-to-end new hire onboarding execution from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring milestones are completed within expected timelines and service standards for your assigned countries.
  2. validate and reconcile employee data across systems (e.g., Employee Central (EC), SAP, CRM, workflow/tracking tools) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records.
  3. prepare and submit payroll inputs to the appropriate payroll teams/vendors for supported countries, ensuring inputs meet local requirements and are submitted ahead of payroll cut-offs to enable correct first-pay processing.
  4. investigate discrepancies and exceptions, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive short-term and long-term remediation plans in partnership with your manager and stakeholders.
  5. coordinate with stakeholders (recruiting, payroll, vendors, and internal People Operations partners) to clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution and proactive communications.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR Shared Services, Employee Data, or a customer-facing operations role.
  • Experience supporting new hire onboarding (offer acceptance through Day 1) with strong execution ownership and stakeholder coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in data validation/reconciliation across HR systems (e.g., EC/SAP/CRM/workflow tools) with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing workload and driving closure with minimal supervision.

Nice to have
