Senior HRBP for Netflix's Data & Insights organization, focusing on talent management, leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and culture. This role acts as a strategic advisor to managers and leaders within a group of researchers, data engineers, machine learning scientists, and data science professionals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accelerate leadership effectiveness through supporting new leader onboarding for key management roles
  2. Support managers in building the muscle around growth conversations, as well as ‘talent density’ and ‘keepers test’ concepts, holding managers accountable for high performing teams; proactively identify gaps and propose solutions
  3. Use people data and insights (org health indicators, attrition trends, engagement signals, hiring pipeline, performance outcomes) to see around corners and spot emerging issues early
  4. Partner with leaders on org design that supports business strategy — considering not just structure, but how work flows, where decisions get made, and how teams are incentivized
  5. Use Netflix culture and leadership expectations as an active decision filter for hiring, performance, promotions, and exits
