Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Strategy and Integration Lead for Boeing's 737 Program. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive alignment around key business priorities, people strategies, and HR initiatives across the organization
  2. Partner closely with HR leadership to build organizational plans; partner closely with HR leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear work streams, actions, and deliverables
  3. Proactively assist the HRBP team as a broker for HR services in creating requirements for business support initiatives
  4. Understand and support the business environment in partnership with the HR Director and HRBP team. Lead insights/business strategy behind HRBP projects. Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRBP team
  5. Lead or support special projects on behalf of the HR Director and leadership team, often involving senior stakeholders and enterprise partners
