This role is for a Senior Human Resources Program Manager focused on HR process review and transformation initiatives. The primary responsibilities include driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable solutions across the Team Member lifecycle. The role involves leading discovery, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation, and centralization. The candidate will partner with various HR functions and external partners to define problem statements, shape improvement strategies, and own execution of HR transformation initiatives. Key requirements include experience in HR, HR transformation, process redesign, and change initiatives, with a strong understanding of HR process flows and influencing stakeholders. Familiarity with HRIS platforms is also required, and Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end experience for assigned HR transformation programs, independently defining scope, shaping strategy, and driving execution from discovery through post-change validation in alignment with company and HR strategy
  2. Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and process mapping workshops to identify root causes, friction points, inefficiencies, and experience gaps
  3. Leverage Team Member voice and operational data to assess current-state performance, define measurable targets, and prioritize improvement opportunities
  4. Build future-state HR processes that balance experience, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency, incorporating automation, workflow optimization, and self-service solutions
  5. Develop prioritized roadmaps and business cases to create alignment, sequencing, and quantifiable outcomes
