Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) 組織では、APAC コンサルティングチームに建設部門のシニア インプリメンテーション コンサルタントとして参加していただける、実力と実績と熱意のある方を募集します。
シニア・インプリメンテーション・コンサルタントは、建設業界とテクノロジーの知識を駆使し、顧客が革新的な設計、エンジニアリング、建設ソリューションを実際に運用する支援をします。
シニア・インプリメンテーション・コンサルタントは、顧客と連携し、プロセス改善、実装および展開戦略、ソフトウェアトレーニング、環境構築、メンタリング、技術的ガイダンスを含むコンサルティングサービスを提供します。これらのサービスを提供することで、顧客のAutodeskテクノロジーへの投資効果を最大化し、ビジネス変革の成功に導くことができます。また、提供したサービス及びソリューションの価値が充分有効であるかを確認する責任も負います。
主な責任
- オートデスクの顧客と協力し、革新的な建設ソリューション、特にドキュメント管理、データ管理、現場ワークフロー、引渡し/引継ぎに関するソリューション（ただし、これらに限定されない）を実装する。
- プロセスとワークフローを分析、改善、導入する。
- 顧客と共にコンサルティングの取組みを主導し、コンサルティングを通して提供した価値を文書化する。
- オートデスク製品を詳細な業界要件やワークフローに適用する。
- 製品の機能および顧客要件に基づくソリューションを構築する。
- オートデスク製品の最適な適用方法を顧客に伝え、詳細なユースケースを定義し文書化する。
- 顧客のデータと規格をAutodesk製品に移行するアプローチを定義する。
- 顧客、外部パートナー、オートデスク関係者と協力してソリューションを提供し、技術的な問題を解決する。
- 社内関係部門に対して、顧客の経験に基づく製品およびプロセスの改善フィードバックを提供する。
- オートデスクのアカウントチームと協力し、カスタマーサクセスプランと顧客エンゲージメントを定義する。
- 顧客に対してコーチングとメンタリングを行い、アダプションを促進する。
- 関連サービスのスケーラブルな提供を可能にするため、パートナーへのコーチングとメンタリングを行う。
- 顧客とのスコープの明確化を含む、タスクの見積もりとスコーピングに貢献する。
最低資格
- 建築、施工管理、またはエンジニアリングの学士号（または同等の経験）。
- 建設業界の施工段階において5年以上の実務経験を有し、事業会社全体におけるデジタルソリューションの開発、管理、および／または提供に焦点を当てた経験。
- 以下の建築施工段階のプロセスに関する豊富な知識と経験：
o 施工計画／文書管理／プロジェクト管理／品質管理／安全管理／引渡し／ワークパッケージ
- ワークショップの実施、会議の進行、チームや顧客への効果的なプレゼンテーションの経験を含む優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル。
- 戦略的思考、イノベーション、プロジェクトマネジメント、チェンジマネジメント、ビジネスプロセスの最適化、コミュニケーションに関する実証された能力。
- 主体性的に問題に対する決定を下し、解決する能力。
- 技術、営業、プロジェクトデリバリーなどの多様なチームと協働した実績。
- プロジェクトの期限を守る為に自立して働く能力。
- 構造化されたプロジェクトマネジメントの下で作業する能力。
- 複雑なトピックを、非技術系／ビジネス志向の顧客が理解できる共通言語に分解する能力。
- 出張が可能であること。
望ましい資格
- オートデスク製品に関する専門知識（Autodesk Construction Cloud、BIM 360、Revit） 。
- 建設業界における競合他社のソリューションに関する知識 。
- 建築家、デザイナー、エンジニア、請負業者、オーナー間のワークフロープロセスを開発及び有効かの高度な経験。
- Revit、Navisworks、Civil 3D、AutoCAD、InfraWorksなどのオートデスク製品の活用経験。
- デジタルデリバリー・ソリューション・ポートフォリオの開発・維持経験。
- 企業レベルでの変革推進経験。
- ISO 19650の知識。
Position Overview
The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is seeking an accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Implementation Consultant for construction.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will report directly to the Consulting Manager, Japan oin japan to use your construction industry and technical knowledge to help our customers put innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions into the real-world.
You will work in a hybrid position connecting directly with our customers to offer consulting services including process improvement and implementation strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. Providing these services will ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business. You will also track the value of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with Autodesk's customers to implement construction solutions, solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows and handover/ turnover
- Analysis, improvement and implementation of processes and workflows
- Lead consulting engagements with customers, and document the value delivered during those engagements
- Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows
- Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements
- Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases
- Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products
- Collaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk team members to provide solutions and resolve technical issues
- Provide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements
- Collaborate with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements
- Provide mentoring to customers to increase adoption
- Provide mentoring to partners to ensure the scalable delivery of related services
- Contribute to task estimation and scoping including scope clarification with customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the delivery of digital solutions across a business enterprise,
- Experience of the following construction industry processes:
o Preconstruction / Document Management / Project Management / Quality Management / Safety Management / Handover / Work Packaging
- Must have experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to teams and customers
- Demonstrated abilities related to position in innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and communications
- Able to guide decisions and closure on issues
- Experience working with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams
- Know how to operate under structured project management
- Can break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Autodesk product expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 , Revit)
- Knowledge of competitor solutions in the construction industry
- Advanced experience developing and ensuring workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners
- Experience applying Autodesk products such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and InfraWorks
- Experience developing and sustaining a digital delivery solution portfolio
- Experience driving change at the enterprise level.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650
