Salesforce Professional Services is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join the Missionforce team. This role involves serving as a strategic IT advisor, MuleSoft product expert, and thought leader, leading enterprise-level technical architecture and governance, and enabling customers to deploy scalable, highly available integration solutions. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, Linux, and Cloud Computing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT decision-makers, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value. Lead infrastructure solution architecture and design via comprehensive requirements workshops.
  2. Ultimate responsibility to execute overall solution architecture. This includes both managing other implementation resources as well as owning hands-on execution tasks to ensure your vision is successfully delivered.
  3. Review project direction, identify and mitigate risks, and lead Technical Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements. Architect, implement, and support enterprise-grade, secure, and highly available infrastructure powering complex business solutions.
  4. Scale technical best practices globally by developing and evangelizing reusable assets, reference architectures, tutorials, and methodologies. Work closely with product teams to identify feature gaps and guide product direction. Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems.
