Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Senior Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join their Mission Systems Operations team. The role involves developing and managing program integrated master schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, developing proposal plans, baseline execution schedules, maintaining in-work schedules, performing critical path analysis, and supporting IPMR deliverables. The position requires experience with MS Project, resource-loaded schedules, EVMS, and executive presentations, as well as an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with CI or FS Poly.

What you'd actually do

  1. In charge of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  2. Serve as the technical lead for IP&S in developing, integrating, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reporting to the Program Management team
  3. Work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High-Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS
  4. Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning), and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action
  5. Lead integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities

Skills

Required

  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)
  • Willingness to upgrade from CIP to FSP (Full Scope Polygraph) or already have a current Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Planning, Scheduling and Integration
  • 3+ years of experience using MS Project as Integrated Scheduling tool
  • Experience with managing and analyzing resource loaded schedules
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience conducting schedule risk analysis, such as Monte Carlo
  • Experience modeling complex development programs including integration of activities across multiple platforms, multiple suppliers, and customer resources
  • Experience using Open Plan Professional

  • Experience using Milestones Professional
  • Advanced Experience using Excel
  • Experience using Agile Software such as JIRA
