Salesforce is seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to support their AMER Sales teams. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders to manage the internal recruiting process from screening to offer acceptance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on internal or sales recruiting, and strong client engagement and communication skills. Salesforce utilizes AI tools in its recruiting process.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce
  2. Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
  3. Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies
  4. Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs
  5. Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
