This role is for a Senior International Payroll Specialist on the Accounting team, responsible for managing international payrolls using CloudPayroll and Workday HCM. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency, overseeing integrations, processing payroll for APAC and EMEA, understanding tax laws, assisting employees, creating SOPs, preparing journal entries, and acting as a subject matter expert for payroll inquiries and audits. It requires deep knowledge of Workday HCM and global payroll platforms, payroll accounting principles, tax compliance, and advanced Excel skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the functional lead for CloudPay Payroll and Workday HCM, driving accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
  2. Oversee integrations and data flow between Workday HCM/ Cloud Payroll, but not limited to assist in processing US with Workday payroll, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll for countries across APAC and EMEA.
  4. Understand/research proper taxation of employer-paid benefits and country-specific payroll tax laws
  5. To ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data in accordance with payroll schedules
