Senior International People Business Partner to align talent strategies with business objectives, develop international people protocols and talent frameworks, and provide strategic guidance on HR topics. The role will leverage data to identify People insights and serve as an executive coach. Experience integrating AI technologies in various HR functions is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups
  2. Collaborate with other People and Systems Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a dynamic and innovative workforce
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies that support key business objectives and drive group-level, function-level, and overall organizational performance
  4. Provide strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics, including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and other key initiatives
  5. Lead the development and implementation of innovative people-related programs and initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within an engineering-centric organization or have transferable experience as a an internal people business strategist in large, global and/or complex technical organizations; or Head of People of small technical start-ups; or leadership development consultant for large consulting firm; or similar experience
  • An ability to present a clear and strategic point-of-view to influence senior management while being able to defend and voice the thought process and rationale behind recommendations
  • Experience developing and implementing internal talent frameworks, people programs, and operating protocols to support International teams
  • The experience to design and deliver innovative approaches that integrate AI technologies in workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, culture transformation, and organizational design
  • The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • The unique ability to flourish, and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
  • Flexibility to work varied time zones as needed
