What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with RTX and Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain leadership to shape, develop and execute Inventory Compliance strategies and objectives to achieve compliance, cost, quality and service level goals.
  2. Harmonize Inventory Compliance best practices across Raytheon warehouse managed inventory positions.
  3. Utilize CORE principles and emphasize a culture of continuous improvement across the logistics organization.
  4. Partner with and develop Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control, MPM and 3PL partners to establish compliant inventory positions and execute corrective actions.
  5. Create business cases and savings plans for Inventory Compliance related activities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 7+ years of experience
  • Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • SAP and/or ERP system experience
  • O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
