Senior Investor Relations Analyst

This role supports communication and engagement with the investment community, assisting senior executives with financial analysis, investor presentations, and strategic narratives. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a key point of contact for Investor Relations, supporting senior executives and IR leadership with clear, professional communication and insights
  2. Assist in the preparation of earnings reports, investor presentations, press releases, and other IR-related documents
  3. Conduct financial and market analysis to support strategic narratives and ensure consistent messaging to investors and analysts
  4. Track and analyze stock performance, market trends, peer group analysis, and shareholder movements to inform IR strategies
  5. Maintain and update the company’s IR website and investor communication platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Financial Analysis, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience interpreting financial statements and market trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Confidence in interfacing with senior leadership and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and poise
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools relevant to financial modeling and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also driving independent projects

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in capital markets, financial services, or equity research is a bonus
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting public companies (e.g., SEC reporting) is advantageous
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to immerse yourself in the company’s industry and operations
