What you'd actually do

You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their success by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies

You'll manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience

You'll analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while leading small teams and applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloud computing and microservices.

Skills

Required

Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, the management of IT projects, or professional software development
Experience in leading project teams of more than three people
Familiarity with modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics
Familiarity with popular software development methods and tools
Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
Willingness to travel
Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both Polish and English

Senior IT Architect – BCG Platinion

We are looking for a Senior IT Architect to join our Warsaw team: someone with proven experience in leading complex IT architecture engagements and driving digital transformation for global organizations.

At BCG Platinion, you will take ownership of architecture decisions, lead small agile teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients across industries. In practice, this means evaluating digital capabilities, designing cutting-edge IT architectures, and guiding organizations through strategic transformations leveraging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, microservices, and containerization.

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades
Experience leading tech project teams
Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current trends such as cloud, microservices, and AI
Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices
Ability to evaluate client digital capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, and translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to both technical and business audiences
Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
