What You'll Do
- Work closely with client leadership teams in an international environment to define IT and digital strategies and drive alignment.
- Collaborate with BCG case teams across Europe to deliver high-impact technology transformations.
- Design and implement tailored IT strategies, digital platforms, and target architectures leveraging modern technologies
- Own specific project workstreams, including quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Assess, coach, and support client technology teams throughout the engagement.
- Apply technical consulting expertise to complex, strategic technology challenges across industries.
- Contribute to proposal development, client relationship management, and business development activities.
What You'll Bring
- Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems, or a related digital field.
- 2-7 years of professional experience in IT strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management; prior IT consulting experience is a strong asset.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong client orientation, and a clear focus on delivering results.
- Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
- Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
