Senior It Engineer

Suno Suno · Multimodal · New York, NY · Operations

This role is for a Senior IT Engineer responsible for building and managing the IT infrastructure at Suno, a rapidly growing consumer entertainment company. The focus is on identity, endpoint, networking, and office IT systems, with an emphasis on 0-to-1 work to support rapid scaling. Responsibilities include configuring IAM, managing endpoint fleets, administering SaaS tools, ensuring office tech stack reliability, and scaling IT support through automation and AI-powered self-service. The role requires significant experience across the IT stack and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build identity and access management — configure single sign-on, automate joiner / mover / leaver workflows, run access reviews, and automate ad hoc access requests.
  2. Manage our endpoint fleet — migrate and expand our MDM systems to simplify onboarding, off-boarding, vulnerability management, and compliance.
  3. Administer the SaaS estate — configure, harden, and manage our Google Workspace, Slack, and portfolio of SaaS tools.
  4. Keep our office tech stack solid — wired, wireless, and zero-trust VPN networks performant and secure; A/V and videoconferencing reliable across our four offices; outside experts engaged where it makes sense.
  5. Scale IT support — write runbooks and knowledge articles that enable AI-powered self-service and delegate Tier 0 troubleshooting to office managers.
  6. Wire automation and AI into how we work — combine deterministic automation and outcome-oriented agentic AI to remove toil, freeing the rest of Suno to focus on making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone.
