This Senior IT Support Engineer role is part of the End User Services team, providing technical support for IT infrastructure (mobile, desktop, A/V, network) to employees worldwide. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, procurement, asset management, cross-departmental collaboration, system imaging, and daily onsite support. The role requires 4+ years of IT support experience, knowledge of Windows/OSX, hardware, networking, and experience leading complex initiatives. What you'd actually do

  1. Troubleshooting and support for all IT end user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
  2. Procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware and software
  3. Cross-departmental collaboration with teams like Facilities, Sales, and Engineering, People Operations
  4. Managing IT communication between headquarters and remote office
  5. Perform system imaging, application configurations, and security policy enforcements

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of working experience in an IT Support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware
  • Knowledge of networking concepts
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking
  • Working knowledge with voice and video conferencing solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Excellent teamwork skills
