Deel is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to manage and enhance their IT device management and support services for a global customer base. This role involves providing technical support, deploying and configuring devices, and working with MDM platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work as part of an expert team of subject matter experts to help achieve device and IT services growth objectives.
  2. Build, develop, and enhance the Deel IT device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT support services offering.
  3. Provide technical support for our Sales team and customer base.
  4. You will be deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices for Deel IT .

Skills

Required

  • Experience working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
  • Interest in working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
  • Interest in application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
  • Good working knowledge of IT security.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

  • IT experience in providing technical support to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users.
  • Some experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
  • Good Windows experience with knowledge of Windows Autopilot.
